Hello all,
We continue to appreciate your patience. We have (we hope) finally finished editing the last proof copy of the anthology. We have to wait about a week to confirm the proof’s finality, and then the piece will be available on-line. We are sorry about the wait. As we are two busy academics, this is a labor of love that must be pushed aside at times in order for us to do our (paying) jobs. 
So, roughly ten more days to go.
