Hi Breadline,

Will Madroad be available for Canadians to purchase a paper copy through Amazon.ca or some other avenue? It appears that Amazon.com will not ship to Canada, unless I’m reading it wrong?

  We haven’t been able to find options for you to purchase through Amazon. We will be sending you your contributor copy, but if you would like more let us know and we can order them for you after payment.
