We hope your summer has gone well. We are back in full swing with classes here in Washington, so we’ve been busy. We will be issuing the contributor copies in rounds to keep costs down. We have received our first shipment of contributor copies and will be sending them out promptly (by the end of next week) to the addresses we have. We expect another shipment shortly.
